Return and Refund Policies

We strive to make every customer happy so the following is not expected but here are our policies.

Plan Purchases

• Notice of return or refund must be made 1-2 business days before order has been emailed or mailed.
• There are no returns or refunds given once PDHP has emailed the purchased product to the customer.

Plan Alterations

• We take full payment up front for all plan alterations.
• There are no refunds for plan alterations after services have started for the project.

Custom Designs

• Estimated 50% retainer fee is taken at start of custom design project.
• Refunds can be given for initial retainer fee minus all time and expenses spent on project.
• The remaining 50% balance is due once the design process is complete.
• There are no refunds after the final design fees are paid.

Design Critiques

• We take full payment up front for all critique sketches.
• Refunds can be given for the critique fees minus all time and expenses spent on the critique at time of refund.
• There are no refunds after the sketches are complete.
